Hi, my name is Daniel and I am originally from Nigeria, but I have lived in many countries including the UK and Bermuda and have a vast level of experience I can offer you in growing your business and achieving seemingly impossible goals.

I obtained my chartered accounting qualification in the UK where I was working for a large international firm in providing accounting, tax planning and tax restructuring solutions for high net-worth individuals. I moved shortly after qualifying in the UK to Bermuda providing similar services working for international firms.

I also fell in love with the round ball game of football called soccer when I was in the UK and I have since been a life-long supporter of Arsenal Football Club. I am yet to have the same passion for AFL but I am looking for clients who will lead me astray in picking my life long club  as I believe in living life to the full and enjoying work, rest and play with my family and my clients.

I migrated from Bermuda to Melbourne about three years ago with my wife (Shade) who works as a Casual Relief Teacher at Special-needs schools and our daughter (Fiyin). We recently welcomed into the world our second daughter (Sarah) in November 2019.

I plan on using a combination of my  accounting and financial analysis skills to help look after the basics of business including the bookkeeping side of things but to also add value through cashflow management and financial analysis so you can know where you are losing money and more importantly grow in the areas where you are making money.

Having worked for both large international companies and smaller more personal professional practices I decided to join the Jim’s Bookkeeping family to enjoy developing connections with smaller clients where I can personally make an impact.

I want to assist businesses with the provision of accurate, timely and efficient services for all their reporting obligations which will allow them to streamline BAS, PAYG and IAS reporting and which puts these businesses on the best foot for a sustainable and successful future.

Also having joined the Jim’s Bookkeeping family at an unprecedented time with COVID-19 and the uncertainties that it presents, I will always work with businesses on outside-the-box solutions to very real challenges.
